Amateur Radio

I have been a ham radio operator since August of 2019, callsign KI5GBV. I currently have a General class license, which most notably includes privileges in the HF bands. HF radio waves propagate all over the world because of the way they interact with the atmosphere, which is in turn heavily impacted by the sun. Below are some propagation metrics based on the state of the atmosphere and information about the solar status and cycle, as well as the status of my logbook on QRZ.
